II. Appointments:
Scheduling: Appointments are highly recommended and can be booked through our online booking system. Please see booking link on home page. Rescheduling/Cancellation: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notification will be subject to cancellation and not serviced
III. Pricing:
Pricing varies depending on the type of metal, chain style, length, and any added charms.
IV. Age Restrictions:
We do not provide permanent jewelry services to anyone under the age of 12. Individuals aged 12-18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
V. Liability:
Jewelry Removal: Permanent jewelry can be removed with scissors or wire cutters. We are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper removal. Breakage: While our jewelry is designed to be durable, breakage can occur. We offer a 30-day repair policy for breakage due to welding issues. Breakage due to misuse or damage from external factors may incur a repair fee. [$5.00 reweld fee, if you have all pieces].
Lost Jewelry: We are not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry.
Allergic Reactions: While we use high-quality, hypoallergenic materials, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
VI. Aftercare:

VII. Refunds:
All Sales Are Final All sales of permanent jewelry are final. Once a purchase is made, customers cannot return items for a refund or exchange. This policy applies to all permanent jewelry products, including but not limited to bracelets, necklaces, and other custom pieces. We do not refund for broken jewelry; however, we will repair broken pieces” .
